Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Data we collect
- Contact / booking requests: name, email, and the information you send us when requesting an assessment or making a booking.
- Browsing: technical data needed for the site to operate (anonymised statistics, where applicable).
Purposes
- Responding to your requests and organising assessments / training sessions.
- Improving our services and our website.
- Sending you, with your consent, information about our training courses.
Legal basis
Depending on the case: your consent, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, and our legitimate interest in promoting our services.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes above, then archived or deleted in accordance with the applicable statutory periods: 3 years after the last contact for prospects, 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship for clients (accounting obligations), 13 months for audience measurement data.
Processors and hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify. Appointment booking is handled directly on the site, without any third-party tool. Online payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and merchant of record, which acts as data controller for the sale: it collects billing and payment data, issues the invoice and keeps the records required by regulation. We never have access to your bank card details. Transactional emails are sent through Resend, and contact data is stored in our sales-tracking tool hosted on Supabase (European Union). These providers may process certain data on our behalf, under their own compliance commitments.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and the rights to object, to restriction of processing and to data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@lebonprompt.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses two measurement systems, deliberately kept separate:
- Google Analytics 4 (subject to consent): no Google script is loaded and no data is sent to Google until you have accepted via the banner. If you decline, it is never loaded. Your choice is stored locally and can be changed by deleting the site data in your browser.
- In-house analytics (exempt from consent): aggregated statistics collected by our own servers, without cookies. The visit identifier is limited to the current tab (it disappears when the tab is closed), your IP address is never stored, and the derived location is rounded to city level (~11 km). This data cannot identify you and is neither cross-referenced with other sources nor shared with third parties.
